ABOUT US
Hi and welcome to Scrapbooking-Online. We are an online scrapbooking
supply shop, and have been doing business on the web since 1997. More
importantly we're scrapbookers too so we are just as excited as you
are about scrapbooking! We hope you find the products and information
to help in your scrapbooking. We only carry acid-free, lignin free
products. If you have any comments on our site or products, or have
suggestions for products we should carry, or have any problems ordering
please drop us an email. If you can't find a product you want let us
know and we'll try to order it for you.

To help keep our costs low we prefer to handle everything through email,

SECURITY
We use a secure https connection (via authorizenet) to transact all
credit card payments for your orders and we do not store any of the
credit card information. You will not see the https:// until you enter
the shopping cart and are asked for credit card information. This allows
the regular browseable site to function a bit quicker since the security
is only needed to transmit the card information.
Shipping
Our standard shipping method is US Postal Service Priority mail. The
majority of our shipments are $4.25, (this covers up to 2 pounds). For
2-3 pounds the charge is $7.45. Candian orders are approximately $2
more. If you are ordering just a few light-weight products you can email
us and request regular postal shipping and we will send you the price
based on the weight of your product (note this is usually only done
for items like a few sheets of paper, stickers, or diecuts).
Each order is processed and usually mailed within 24 hours, Monday through
Friday. If you are in a rush and need to have Fed-Ex, UPS, etc. please
email us and we will hand process your order.
**Please note: Shipments to Hawaii & California for Navigator Totes
will be more than amount shown, we will calculate and charge based on
actual shippings costs (ground).
Out Of Stock/Subsitutions
If your order included items that are temporarily out of stock you will
be refunded the cost of those items. If a product is out of stock and
we are expecting our delivery of that product within a few days, we
will hold your order until our shipment arrives.
We always attempt to keep our pictures up-to-date but occassionally
paper suppliers, like Paper Patch, will change a pattern in the singles
or 12 packs in that case we will ship the substituted new pattern.
Payment Info
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal.
For orders paid by check please sign up with Paypal and they will enable
you to pay via check.
Utah residents will be charged 7.25% sales tax.
Newsletter
We send out a newsletter approximately once a month with new products,
specials/clearances, and try to include a tip or idea in each one. If
you would like to receive the newsletter please sign up below. We never
supply your email address to anyone else.

PRIVACY POLICY AND INFORMATION
We will not rent, sell, trade, disclose or loan any personally identifiable
information we obtain from web orders or customer registrations to outside
companies or third parties unless we are legally required to do so.
Information We Gather and How We Use It
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO PLACE AN ORDER:
To purchase items through our Webstore we require your full name, billing
address, telephone number, credit card information, and shipping address.
This information is used to properly bill your account. You can update
or alter this information through your Account Manager at any time.
TRAFFIC INFORMATION FROM SITE VISITORS:
We gather traffic patterns and site usage information to help us develop
a better understanding of our customers and their preferences. Any information
we collect is used to make our customers' shopping experience the best
it can be.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE AT REGISTRATION OR FOR NEWSLETTER:
To register with us we ask that you provide us with your e-mail address,
a password of your choice, a security word in case you lose your password,
and the name you would like to be called. This information is used to
create and password-protect your private account. You can update or
alter this information through your Account Manager at any time.

As a service to our customers, we may provide links to various third-party
websites that we feel may provide a valuable information or products.
We have no control or authority over these third-party sites and offer
